The following forms must be completed by June 30, 2026.

• AMO App corporate profile 
• Registration Exhibitor Passes
• Registration Sponsor

The following forms are for any additional services you require at your booth:

• Stronco Show Services  - shipment, furniture - due June 20, 2026
• Encore - internet and electrical orders - due August 6, 2026
• Validar - lead retrieval device rental information - due August 6, 2026
• Rogers Centre Services - due August 6, 2026 
  • Booth cleaning
  • Booth catering
  • Temporary cold water service
  • Authorization to distribute foods and non-alcoholic beverages

Ensure that anyone who will be staffing your booth has a copy of all orders.
