Anna Hopkins Biography

Councillor Anna Hopkins – City of London, Ward 9

Anna Hopkins is serving her third term as Councillor for Ward 9 in the City of London. She currently serves on London’s Community and Protective Services Committee and Strategic Priorities and Policy Committee. She also represents London on several local and municipal bodies, including the Association of Municipalities of Ontario Board, Large Urban Caucus, the Governance Working Group, and the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority.

Councillor Hopkins is committed to strong, responsive municipal leadership, community engagement, and collaboration across Ontario municipalities. Through her work with residents, local organizations, and municipal partners, she continues to advocate for practical solutions that strengthen communities and support good governance.
